Leonard Nesmith - affectionately known as "Lenny The Boss" born in North Philadelphia,- carved his path to success with unwavering focus and determination. Refusing to succumb to the pitfalls that plagued many of his peers, Leonard set ambitious goals and went on to earn his bachelor's degree.

For over two decades, Leonard's leadership as Vice President of Operations at a prominent company saw him managing a team of 180 people and handling more than $1 billion in accounts receivable, generating over $300 million in annual revenue. Yet, at the heart of his achievements, Leonard holds family as his most cherished treasure. As one of ten siblings, a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend, Leonard's steadfast devotion to family serves as his guiding principle.

A beacon of positivity, Leonard credits his unwavering faith in God for his generous spirit and refusal to indulge in negativity. With an insatiable hunger for knowledge, he diligently built a real estate portfolio while maintaining his 9-5 job, immersing himself in books and courses on real estate.
